We don’t anticipate any disruptions to the service Will I still be able to load and transfer money to my VIABUY account during the corona crisis? Yes. All loading options will be available during the crisis. Will I be able to reach Customer Service during the Corona crisis? Yes. Customer service will continue to support your queries during this time. I had to cancel my travel / my travel was cancelled. Can I use my VIABUY card to get my money back? If your trip was cancelled by a merchant (airline/train/hotel/travel companies), you usually have more rights than if you decide to cancel yourself. Please contact the merchant you booked with and ask for a refund directly. VIABUY products do not have separate travel insurance included. If you have trouble with a transferred refund that you paid with your VIABUY card, you can contact our Customer Service. We are happy to help you in this time of crisis.
