I cannot login on the new app Aline C. 25 April 2021 12:17 Updated If you've already activated your card in the past, you do not need to reactivate it via the new app. So if you press Activate New Card, you will reach a screen where you'll have to enter your phone number and then you will get a message that your details are not recognized. So, instead, on the first screen when you open the app, just enter your 9-digit account ID (the number on your card below the name) and your most recent password and hit Login.
