Track your email requests with our new feature "My activities"! Aline C. 09 December 2020 10:31 Updated Our new feature My activities helps you keep track of all your sent email requests and allows you to follow-up or even close your request if it has already been solved and you no longer need assistance. So how does this work? Go to the Service page on our website and click on My Activities in the upper-right corner Create a password and use the email you've used to get in touch with us. Sign in with the email address you used to contact us and the password you created. Once logged in, your name will appear on the right-hand side of the page. Click on your name and select My Activities from the drop-down menu Now you can see all your sent requests and their statuses: Solved/Open You can choose to filter the requests by status, which makes it easy to spot which of your requests needs a follow-up or, on the other hand, which might have already been solved. If you need to send some additional information to an open request, you can do so by simply using the field "Add to conversation" Otherwise, if the issue has been solved and you no longer need assistance, simply mark the ticket as solved by clicking on "Mark as solved". This will automatically close your request. Please note that this feature can only be used to check and manage your requests sent to our customer service team and cannot be used to view your transactions, check balance or for other card-related services.
