Why is EUR 89.80 deducted?

When you apply for the VIABUY account with Prepaid Mastercard there's an initial fee of EUR 89.90 in total.

The initial fee represents the EUR 69.90 one-time issuing fee for your VIABUY online account with Prepaid Mastercard and the yearly fee of EUR 19.90 for the first year of usage. 

As mentioned at the time of ordering as well as in our Terms and Conditions, these fees are deducted from your first top-up.
