Can I load the card with PayPal or make payments through PayPal?

It is possible to load your VIABUY account through PayPal by adding your assigned IBAN as a bank account to your PayPal account.

However, please note that it is not allowed to withdraw funds from PayPal to your VIABUY account using the VIABUY Mastercard PAN (the 16-digit number of your card). This will cause your VIABUY account to be automatically suspended. Should this be the case, please get in touch with us and send us the following, so that we can re-activate your account:

• Copy of your PayPal account where your account details are visible (name, address, email address)
• Copy of the PayPal withdrawal transaction where the loaded amount is visible
