After logging in to your VIABUY account: Head to Card settings – if you're logged in on a browser, click on the gear icon above the image of your card or just directly on the image; on the app, click on the small card icon (second from the right) Select PIN reminder Select the 9 digits of the card you wish to receive the PIN reminder Click on Send PIN via SMS Your PIN will be sent by SMS to your registered phone number.
