Alina Cautis 02 March 2022 08:40 Updated To unblock your PIN after entering it incorrectly 3 times, please follow the following steps: Log in to your VIABUY account Go to Settings (if you're logged in on a browser, click on the gear icon above the image of your card or just directly on the image; in the app, click on the small card icon, the second one from the right) Click on Unblock PIN Enter the mTAN code you received on the registered mobile number Go to an ATM and use your card to check the balance or withdraw an amount VERY IMPORTANT: After you have unblocked the PIN code via Settings, you must use the card at an ATM, otherwise the PIN code will not be unblocked!
