Due to the complex risk management systems that make it possible to offer this function to you, please be aware that we may delay crediting such transactions to your account for 14 days. It's a security measure applying the first time you receive a top-up from a third-party account. The following transactions coming from those bank details will be credited to your VIABUY account straight away. A bank account is considered a third-party account if the account holder name is not the same as the cardholder name of your VIABUY account. Under certain circumstances, funds coming from third-party accounts may be automatically held for a 14-day clearing period.
