Where can I top up with cash?

We do offer cash deposit as a top-up method, but we do not have an agreement with any particular bank or institution. Some banks and post offices (in Germany) or local Western Union branches may offer this option, but we cannot guarantee acceptance. We recommend that you contact your local office.

Certain banks or financial institutions may also offer the option to deposit cash at the ATM.
In that case, however, the bank accounts must be maintained by the financial institution, which also takes care of the ATM.

To make such cash deposits in EUR, you must have your assigned IBAN and BIC along with the correct cash amount.

In most cases, the bank charges transaction fees. We do not charge any costs for this. For more information about the applicable fees, we recommend that you contact the relevant bank/financial institution directly.
