My card expires soon, how do I get a new one?

The renewal card will be sent automatically, 6 weeks before your card expires, as long as:

• Your card is active
• You have sufficient balance on your account (at least EUR 19.90 to cover the yearly fee)
• Your address is up to date

If your card hasn't been renewed automatically, you can order a new card directly from your VIABUY online account.

Once you've logged in, click on the red button with the exclamation mark, just above the image of your card.

A pop-up window will appear, asking you to confirm your residential address. If you moved in the meantime, click on Change Address. Otherwise, if your address hasn't changed, click on Renew Card.

That's it! Your new card has been ordered and should arrive within 14 days.

Please note: the option to renew the card will not be available if your card has already been replaced.
