We will send you a secure link to your registered email address and via SMS to your mobile phone. All you have to do is click on the link and you will be guided through the process. Is the automated identity verification secure? Yes. All information is encrypted, providing high security. Does this process take long? The automated identity verification usually takes only a few minutes. Are there any costs for automated verification? No. This is a fully cost-free service. How will I know if my verification was successful? You’ll receive a notification. Should my identity verification be unsuccessful, can I try again? Yes, if your verification failed you can re-use the provided link. Do I need to download an application? You don’t have to download an app but you can download the IDnow AutoIdent on the Apple App Store, the Android Playstore and the Huawei App Gallery.
