How do I activate my replacement/renewal card? Aline C. 10 May 2022 10:28 Updated In order to activate your replacement card, you will first need to log in to your online account with your previous 9-digit card ID and your most recent password. If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it here. Once you've successfully logged in with your old (previous) 9-digit card ID, you'll see a pop-up notification on the screen which will allow you to activate the new card. Simply follow the instructions on the screen and fill in your new card details. When logging in again, please use the 9-digit card ID of your replacement card and your most recent password.
