How to set up biometrics on your phone

1. Log in to your VIABUY Authenticator app with your 9-digit account ID and your password. These are the same credentials that you use to log in to your VIABUY account.

2. You will receive a verification code by SMS. Enter this code on the app and tap Submit.

3. It's now time to set up biometrics on your phone. Tap Set up now. 

4. Allow the camera on your device to scan your face in order to verify yourself and activate biometric authentication.

5. If the scanning fails or you did not set biometrics on your device, then a verification code will be sent to your phone in order to continue the setup process. Enter the code on your device.

6. All done! Biometric authentication is now set up on your device. This will allow you to authorise transactions with 2-factor authentication.

7. Tap Done and you'll be taken back to the home screen. Any transactions that are pending approval will appear there.
