Please check the following: Your card is not activated -> Activate your card Your card may be expired -> Request a renewal You've called the number on the backside of your card and blocked your card -> Request a replacement You have entered the wrong password -> Reset your password You recently received a refund from a merchant-> Your account has been automatically deactivated. Please send us screenshots/photos/proofs of the refund here You recently made a withdrawal from your PayPal account-> Your account has been automatically deactivated.
