Please check the following: your card is not activated -> Activate your card your card may be expired -> Request a renewal you've called the number on the backside of your card and blocked your card -> Request a replacement you have entered a wrong password -> Reset your password you recently received a refund from a merchant-> Your account has been automatically deactivated. Please send us screenshots / photos / proofs of the refund here. you recently made a withdrawal from your PayPal account-> Your account has been automatically deactivated.
