Here are a few tips on how to keep your card details safe: Sign the back of your new card straight away Keep an eye on your email inbox to immediately spot any unrecognized payments. With our card monitor function, you get notified by email each time a payment or card load is made Keep your account details current by regularly changing your password Use our app's two-factor authentication feature when logging in on the app. You can download the VIABUY app from Apple Store or Google Play Store Keep your card details such as 16-digit card number (PAN), CVV code (3 digits on the backside of your card) and PIN number safe and don't let anyone see them while you're out in public When contacting us, do not send pictures of your VIABUY card where your PAN and CVV code are visible. If necessary, cover the first 12 digits of your card PAN with a piece of paper, before sending the picture to us. Use the 9-digit account ID (on the card under the name) when contacting us. Make sure the merchant where you use your card to pay at is genuine and trustworthy Check that the website where you use your card details always has “https” in the URL Turn off the autofill option in your browser to prevent it from storing your card number Report any unauthorized/suspicious transaction straight away, or if your card is either lost or stolen Related articles I cannot log in on the new app I've loaded the card but I can't see the money.
